Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1) Preliminary Bill of material for product costing
2) Participation in Design Review and Technical Feasibility with CFT.
3) APQP time plan preparation and monitoring as per customer and internal milestones
4) Tooling plan preparation and monitoring for ontime completion.
5) New Fine Blank Tool, Fixture and Gauge design.
6) Presenting the status of tasks during daily project review meetings.
7) Raw material order and followup for new project .
8) Co-ordinating Proto sample preparation.
9) Process Optimisation to increase productivity .
10) Part production on first time right basis.
11) Customer target adherance and on time sample submission.
12) Active praticepation in PFD & PFMEA preparation.
13) Maintain lessons learnt, TGWs/TGRs of NPD in compiled database
14) Ontime communication to and feedback from stakeholders during NPD (Quality, Purchase, IE, Engineering etc)
15) Actively involve in adherence to set EHS norms in the Plant
Authorities:
1) Authorise to release the product drawing, control plans, time plan.
2) Authorise to decide the material for tools, process.
3) Authorise for reed blanking production planning, strip layout for press shop, wire cut machine.
4) Authorise for new tool development work distribution to tool room team and help them for technical problem.
