Job Description:
HR Officer – Manufacturing
Location: Rajkot
Experience: 3–6 Years
Industry: Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Handle payroll inputs, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC and labour-related matters.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing.
- Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour laws.
