ASSISTANT SECURITY OFFICER-PLANT
Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Security Officer – Plant to support overall plant security, vigilance, access control, manpower supervision and prevention of theft/losses. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the plant premises
Required Skills
- Strong vigilance and observation skills
- Knowledge of industrial/plant security
- CCTV monitoring and access-control knowledge
- Good manpower handling and leadership skills
- Incident investigation and report preparation
- Knowledge of gate control and material verification
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations
Preferred Background
Candidates from Defence, Police, CISF, Industrial Security, Steel Plant, Metallic Industry, Manufacturing Plant, Power Plant, DRI or Ferro Alloy Plant backgrounds may be preferred.
