Job Description:
We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing activities, invoice preparation, documentation and coordination with accounts, sales, stores and dispatch teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing software, MS Excel and basic accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP/SAP preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
- Strong numerical and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of invoice and billing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and meet deadlines
