SAMPLER - LAB

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Collect samples of raw materials, process materials, and finished products as per SOP.
• Ensure proper sampling methods and avoid contamination.
• Label, seal, and transfer samples to the laboratory for testing.
• Maintain accurate sample records and documentation.
• Assist Lab Chemist/Quality team in sample preparation and testing.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of sampling equipment.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality Control departments.
• Report any abnormality or discrepancy found during sampling.
• Follow company quality standards and laboratory procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of industrial sampling procedures.
• Basic understanding of laboratory operations.
• Sample collection, labeling, and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and PPE.
• Good observation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass; ITI / Diploma in Chemical or Laboratory-related field preferred.
