Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Role Summary

The role is responsible for driving business development by connecting with real estate developers, generating new project mandates, presenting company's mandate proposition, and building strong developer relationships. The position involves client coordination, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, lead conversion, target achievement, and maintaining daily business development reports across office and field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Connect with developers and generate new project mandates.
 Schedule developer meetings and build business relationships.
 Present mandate proposition.
 Handle client coordination, follow-ups and site visits.
 Achieve business development and mandate acquisition targets.
 Maintain daily reports and handle office + field work.

Requirements:

 Strong communication and convincing skills.
 Prior experience in Real Estate, Developer Sales, or Business Development preferred.
 Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
 Comfortable with calling, meetings and field visits.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Full-Time
