Hiring for Project Coordinator for Government office at Mumbai

Designation: Project Coordinator

Job Location: Varali or Nariman Point Near Mantralaya Mumbai

Salary Package: 5 to 6 lac per Annum 

Qualification: B.E Computer/MBA-IT/MCA/MSC-IT/BCS with other advanced computer courses

Work experience: Total 7-8 years correlated with the Job description

Note: Candidate should have experience in Govt. project execution

Job Description : 

• Manage information Technology & computer system.
• Plan, Organize, control & evaluate IT & electronics data Operations.
• Manage Helpdesk & Field support Staff by recruiting, training & coaching employees, communicating JOB expectations & appraising their performance.
• Design, Develop, implement & coordinate systems, policies & procedures.
• Ensure Security of data, network access & backup of systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs & system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas & implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems & assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security & control structures.
• Handle IT procurement &ensure cost effectiveness.
• Vendor management & Track the issues till closure. 
• Generate reports as & when required by the department in coordination with the MIS Team.
• Complete ownership of communication & coordination with various Departments. 
• Responsible for follow-up with the Helpdesk team on the Tickets opened & work till closure without violating the SLA’s.
• Any other responsibility will be assigned to you as and when required
