Job Description:

• To establish best in class electrical standards for sites as per IEE and company engineering standards.

• To lead electrical safety and improvement activities of site d to ensure no major noncompliance from electrical safety side

• To ensure no statutory noncompliance from electrical side managing external stake holders.

• Responsible for maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and troubleshooting of equipment’s pertaining to Electrical side.

• Responsible for projects for site from electrical side.

• Responsible for ensuring all electrical critical equipment’s in green zone and there by support in achieving plant volume and equipment efficiency.

• Plan and schedule annual maintenance activities of switch yard transformers ACB, VCB,PCC,MCC and ensure its compliance.

• Responsible for capability development plan and its execution for team of technicians.

• Manage and lead electrical contractors, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works on site.

• Responsible for inculcating GMP & Safe work practices amongst contractual deployed for carrying of maintenance activities .

• Responsible for developing Standard Operating, Procedures, its implementation and communication to team of technicians.

• Responsible for leading improvement projects pertaining to Electrical side.
