Finance Systems Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and support our
D365 Finance & Operations landscape while bridging finance and technology. This is a hybrid role combining
strong systems expertise with finance knowledge, where the ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-
on experience in D365 F&O and associated technologies such as Azure, LCS, DevOps, Data Analytics, and
Synapse Link. This role will be leading teams of both Functional and Technical Consultants, and the successful
candidate should be able to demonstrate strong experience both in the Functional and Technical areas, being
able to provided hands on support and experience as required.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage and Lead India based D365 team (6 FTE)
2. A Hybrid Role – both Managerial and Technical – will be expected to work with the team on technical
developments and support, working with Finance and Non-finance team members to resolve complex
issues
3. Provided cover for and support Head of Finance Systems
4. Support the Head of Finance Systems and lead D365 team on D365 and non-D365 projects and
developments, and support
5. Take a lead in ensuring all system controls, reporting, BAU tasks and daily support responsibilities are
carried out to SLA where defined.
6. Work with / alongside Finance Managers and teams providing support and guidance on incidents and new
requirements

Core Skills
7. Hybrid – 70%/75% Systems 25%/30% Finance
8. Extensive (10y +) experience within D365 F&O and all associated technologies (Azure, LCS, DevOps, Data
Analytics, Synapse Link / Dataverse)
9. Experience of Deployments (updates and development)
10. In depth knowledge of all core modules, including Fixed Assets and Taxation (UK preferable)
11. Extensive Integration experience
12. Accounting qualification (Degree/PG in Commerce)
13. TM1 / Cognos experience (good to have)
14. D365 CRM experience (good to have)
15. Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
