Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Railway tenders from enquiry to submission and finalization.
- Search and monitor Indian Railways / Railway PSU / Government tender opportunities.
- Study NIT, tender documents, BOQ, specifications and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, finance and management teams.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, costing and quotations.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, BG and required documentation.
- Prepare and submit online tenders/e-tenders within deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, corrigendums and tender status.
- Assist in contract documentation, work orders and related railway works.
- Coordinate with railway authorities, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
- Track tender results, negotiations, LOA/LOI and contract requirements.
