Sr. Staff Engineer

Job Description:

Key Roles/Responsibilities:  Software Development

• 10+ year development experience of web application using JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery and 3^rd party libraries
• Strong knowledge of .NET web technologies (ASP.net, MVC, WebAPI 2.0, WCF)
• 3+ years development experience using MVC is a plus
• Proficient in C# and VB.NET with more than 6+ year’s experience
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Proven experience with various design and architectural patterns and object oriented
• Hands on knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 development of stored procedures including best practices for relational DB
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience design of databases and schema to solve complex business use cases
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Experience code versioning, feature branching etc using tools like Git and TFS
• AWS experience with certification is highly desirable and will provide advantage
• Must have knowledge or experience of the healthcare in the US with Dental knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication skills

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Trouble shoot production issues and solve complex business problems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Design and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
• Creates innovative solutions to problems and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Experience with SDLC/PDLC and Agile based scrum team.
• Instructs, assigns, directs and check the work of others on the development team
