Job Description:

Requirements :

 

  •   Previous experience in a customer support role voice process. Domestic would be preferable

 

  •   Languages needed (Hindi, English + 2 regional languages (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu) are mandatory)

 

  •   Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

 

  •  Innovative thinkers and ready to work any time.

 

  •   Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.

 

  •   Basic analytical skills.

 

  •   Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

 

  •   Good team player.

 

  •   Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types and ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
