Job Title: Security Officer
Industry: Steel / Manufacturing / Industrial Plant
Department: Security & Administration
Experience: 5–10 Years in Industrial / Plant Security
Qualification: Graduate preferred; Ex-Army / Ex-Defence personnel preferred
Location: As per company requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise overall plant security operations.
• Manage security guards, supervisors and shift deployment.
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance and security control rooms.
• Conduct regular plant patrolling and security inspections.
• Maintain gate passes, visitor records and security registers.
• Prevent theft, unauthorized access and security violations.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies and crowd-control situations.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Safety and Plant Management.
• Liaise with local police and external security agencies when required.
• Conduct security drills and ensure compliance with plant security procedures.
• Prepare daily/shift-wise security reports and incident reports.
