Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, IFF/QRMP, ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B and IMS, RCM, import IGST, exports, audits and assessments.
TDS/TCS Compliance: TDS/TCS deductions, deposits, quarterly returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ), Form 16/16A, TRACES, 26AS/AIS reconciliation, lower/nil deduction certificates, DTAA and Form 15CA/CB.
Inventory & Stock Valuation: Valuation of RM, PM, WIP, FG, by-products and stores/spares as per Ind AS 2; NRV testing, ageing/obsolete inventory provisions, physical stock reconciliation and product-wise costing.
MIS & Reporting: Monthly P&L, plant/product-wise profitability, contribution analysis, budget vs. actual, variance analysis, working-capital monitoring and utility/conversion cost analysis.
General Accounting & Audit: Month/year-end closing, provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets and depreciation; coordination with statutory, internal, tax, GST and cost auditors.
Tax & Financial Reporting: Support Form 3CD, income-tax assessments, and provide financial information to banks, financial institutions and credit-rating agencies.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of GST, ITC reconciliation and GST portal procedures.
Thorough knowledge of TDS/TCS and TRACES.
Hands-on ERP experience; SAP Business One preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate with Plant, Purchase, Stores and Sales teams.
Strong compliance-calendar management and deadline discipline.
