- Knowledge of Aix / Linux.
- Knowledge of weblogic/websphare
- Knowledge of loan life cycle.
- Working experience in core lending application LOS, LMS, Collections etc.
- Hands on experience of working for production support.
- Knowledge and experience of EOD/BOD processes.
- Knowledge and experience of DR Drills of applications.
- Knowledge and experience of working for P1/ P2 incedent management.
- Knowledge and experience of issue analysis and RCA preparation.
- Knowledge of API integration
- Knowledge of PLSQL and DBMS jobs.
- Team Management/ handling
