Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Banca sales team.

Drive Life Insurance business through the Axis Bank channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch teams.

Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Monitor team performance and support team members in achieving their goals.

Generate new business opportunities through the assigned bank branches.

Conduct regular branch visits and ensure effective sales planning.

Track business performance, MIS, and daily sales activities.

Ensure proper customer service and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:

Relevant experience in Life Insurance Banca Channel.

Strong team handling and leadership skills.

Good communication and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented approach with strong sales acumen.
