Job Title: Safety In-charge (Ex-Army)

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act, State Factory Rules, and local safety directorate guidelines. Maintain all mandatory safety registers and documentation.

Shop Floor Safety Oversight: Monitor daily operations across heavy structural fabrication yards, welding zones, material handling, and high-tonnage crane/rigging movements.

Hazard Control & Risk Assessment: Conduct regular Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implement preventive engineering controls.

Training & Drills: Lead daily/weekly safety briefing sessions, toolbox talks, and periodic mock drills (fire fighting, structural collapse, medical emergency).

Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any near-misses, injuries, or property damage incidents, and formulate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.

PPE & Safety Audits: Enforce strict utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and execute internal safety audits to identify and rectify workplace hazards proactively.
