Senior HR Business Partner

📍 Location: Mumbai – Western Suburbs (Malad)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, with a focus on lateral Retail hiring within the BFSI sector.
• Design, implement, and evaluate HR programs supporting employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Provide HR advisory and coaching to managers on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and other HR matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify improvement areas and develop data-driven HR solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support effective decision-making.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory; a Master’s degree in HR will be an advantage.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai to visit branches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to HR decision-making.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with strong experience in BFSI, Retail hiring, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP functions.
