Job Description:
Department: Foundry
Location: Faridabad
No. of Vacancies: 1
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy / Engineering. Preferred from NIIFT.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in foundry (Ferrous/Non-Ferrous – Copper casting preferred)
- Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, sand preparation, and quality control
Compensation:
- Budget: 15–17 LPA
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day foundry operations and production planning
- Ensure quality control and metal reconciliation
- Oversee equipment maintenance and process improvements
- Drive production efficiency, capacity enhancement, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Hands-on experience in SAP PP Module and production scheduling
