Job Description:

Position:      Officer - Oracle ERP

Location:      Malad - Mumbai

Experience:   3 - 5 Years

Industries    Chemical - MNC

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible support issue
  • Strong understanding of Oracle applications and modules. Like Inventory / Order management / Purchasing / Work in Process / OPM (Oracle process manufacturing etc.)
  • Perform configuration/Application setup.
  • Perform Oracle Inventory, BoM & Pricing setups.
  • Experience in implementing Oracle solutions in a specific functional area.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Training users and other consultants
  • Should responsible configuration
  • Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good project & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
  • Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and post production support for above applications.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP applications and modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Work in Process (WIP), and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM).
  • Expertise in Oracle Inventory, BOM and Pricing configuration and application setups.
  • Experience in Oracle ERP implementation, configuration, customization and functional support.
  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and post-production support.
  • Good knowledge of issue resolution, root-cause analysis and application troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation skills including BRD, functional specifications, test plans and user manuals.
  • Excellent user training, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project timelines and work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Good project coordination and time-management skills
