We are seeking a Product Manager to manage and grow the Wealth & Investments portfolio on the Mobile/ Internet Banking platform. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, NPS, Deposits, and other investment products while ensuring a seamless and compliant digital customer experience.

The candidate will work closely with business, technology, operations, compliance, vendors, and distribution teams to deliver new capabilities, improve customer journeys, increase investment penetration, and achieve wealth business targets.

Minimum Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, FinTech, or Digital Banking.
• Experience in managing wealth, investment, insurance, or digital banking products.
• Exposure to Mobile Banking, Digital Sales, Customer Acquisition, and Product Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Education & Domain Knowledge

• Bachelor's/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, NPS, Deposits, and Wealth Management products.
• Knowledge of digital onboarding, KYC, investment journeys, and customer servicing processes.
• Understanding of SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, and related regulatory guidelines.

Product & Execution Expertise

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, BRDs, FSDs, and process flows.
• Manage product backlog, feature prioritization, testing, and production rollouts.
• Coordinate with technology, business, operations, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Support UAT, defect management, release management, and post-launch monitoring.
• Drive enhancements across customer onboarding, investments, servicing, and portfolio management journeys.

Business Growth & Revenue Management

• Drive digital acquisition and activation of wealth customers.
• Increase investment AUM, transaction volumes, and product penetration.
• Improve SIP registrations, investment conversions, and customer engagement.
• Support campaigns, offers, and cross-sell initiatives to grow revenue.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Analytics & Monitoring

• Track KPIs such as AUM growth, customer acquisition, activation, investment conversion, revenue, and engagement.
• Analyze customer behavior and investment trends to improve product performance.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend journey improvements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Wealth Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Vendor teams.
• Coordinate with investment platform partners, AMCs, insurers, and service providers.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance activities.

Key Deliverables / KRAs

• Deliver Wealth & Investment features within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Drive growth in AUM, customer acquisition, activation, and digital investment transactions.
• Improve customer experience across onboarding, investment, and servicing journeys.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, and internal policies.
• Manage product documentation, testing, and release governance.
• Support business campaigns, product launches, and revenue realization initiatives.
• Track product performance and continuously enhance customer engagement and adoption.
