Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) – Electric

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
 Assist in the assembly, wiring and testing of electrical components and products as per
drawings and work instructions.
 Support production and testing activities, and record test results and observations
accurately.
 Follow the standard operating procedures, quality standards and safety practices of the
plant.
 Help in the inspection and quality checks of incoming materials, in-process work and
finished goods.
 Maintain production, testing and inspection records and documentation.
 Support the team in troubleshooting basic electrical issues and in rework or corrective
actions.
 Take part in 5S, housekeeping and continuous improvement activities.
 Report any deviations, defects or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
 Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the reporting manager or department.
Desired Candidate Profile
 Diploma in Electrical Engineering (fresher or up to 1 year of experience).
 Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, control panels and electrical measuring
instruments.
 Ability to read and understand simple electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
 Willingness to learn, work on the shop floor and take up shift duties if required.
 Good communication, discipline and a team-oriented attitude.
 Preference for candidates who are based in or willing to relocate to Manesar.
