Job Description:
Role: Tender & Estimation Head
Location: Dahisar
Qualification – Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering & Quantity Surveying
Work Timings – 09:30 To 06:30
Working Days – 6 Days

Experience in Interior Fit-Out & Construction related industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Guide the Estimation/Tendering team
- Lead Tender Bids, Estimation, and Costing Activities.
- Review RFQs, BOQs, Drawings, and Project requirements.
- Prepare Accurate Cost Estimates and Commercial Proposals.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Projects, Engineering, Accounts, and Management.
- Obtain and Evaluate Vendor/Subcontractor Quotations.
- Ensure Competitive Pricing, Margins, and Timely Tender Submissions.
- Manage Tender Documentation, Negotiations, and Approvals.
