Job Description:

• Designation - Debenture Trustee Compliance
• Department - Operations 
• Experience - CS/CS LLB - with 1.5- 2 years' experience, preferably in NBFC /trustee company like ours or corporates issuing listed debt, etc.
• Workdays - 5 days a week (Saturdays may be there during quarter ends, etc.) 
• Work timings - 9.15 to 6.15 (9 hours) 

Note- This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions
         Auto renewable contract based on performance

Job Description –

Debenture Trustee Compliance MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB  Regulatory and statutory compliance related to listed and unlisted debenture transactions including DLT and periodical due diligence, interact with clients for queries etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA) DEBENTURE TRUSTEE

 Undertake initial and periodic due diligence for listed NCD transactions

 Assist in resolving clients queries

 Obtain , follow up and review quarterly compliance reports and verify supporting documents

 Undertake operations and compliance under unlisted debenture transactions

 Client meetings wherever required

 Assist legal team and operations team for compliance

 Working on DLT for covenant monitoring requirement and other initial and periodic compliance

 Review of charge forms and follow up for compliance documents, QCR

 Issue NOCs for creation and release of charges, final no dues and closure of deals

 Monitor interest/principal payments on due dates and complete regulatory and statutory and contractual compliances for the same

 Monitor covenants and other regulatory compliance by issuer and the trustee

 Undertake compliance under SEBI (DT) Regulations, website upload, monitoring security cover, due diligence as applicable

 Liaison with Regulator for any queries

 Research and analysis of new regulatory updates, prepare synopsis
