Job Description:

Role: Junior Site Engineer

Location: Santacruz 

Employee Benefits: Yearly Increment based on performance 

Experience: 7+ Yrs

Work Timings – 10am -7pm

Working Days –  Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects.
• Interact with clients and confidently handle client meetings at the project site.
• Read, understand, and interpret working drawings, and explain them clearly to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Check measurement sheets, verify quantities, and review billing details.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Good understanding of working drawings and site execution processes.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Presentable, professional, and confident in handling client meetings.
• Willingness to learn, grow, take on challenges, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with clients and subcontractors.
• Candidates with experience in interior design, interior fit-outs, or construction will be preferred.
