Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business One (B1) HANA Coordinator to support daily business operations, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth processing of transactions through SAP B1 HANA.
Candidates with min 6 month to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn SAP and develop their coordination and ERP skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day operational activities.
Assist in maintaining and updating data in SAP Business One (B1) HANA.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, inventory, accounts, and other teams for timely information and documentation.
Monitor transaction entries and ensure data accuracy in the system.
Follow up on pending orders, invoices, stock updates, and other operational activities.
Prepare daily reports and maintain records using SAP and MS Excel.
Assist in resolving basic SAP-related issues in coordination with the concerned team.
Ensure proper documentation and timely communication between departments.

Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems or SAP Business One HANA will be an added advantage.
