Job Description:
Role: Junior Site Engineer
Location: Santacruz
Employee Benefits: Yearly Increment based on performance
Work Timings – 10am -7pm
Working Days – Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects.
- Interact with clients and confidently handle client meetings at the project site.
- Read, understand, and interpret working drawings, and explain them clearly to subcontractors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check measurement sheets, verify quantities, and review billing details.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Candidate Requirements
- Good understanding of working drawings and site execution processes.
- Strong client interaction and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Presentable, professional, and confident in handling client meetings.
- Willingness to learn, grow, take on challenges, and continuously improve.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with clients and subcontractors.
- Candidates with experience in interior design, interior fit-outs, or construction will be preferred.
