Job Summary

Sungwoo is urgently hiring 200 candidates for its manufacturing facility in Talegaon, Pune. Candidates with educational qualifications ranging from 5th pass to 12th pass are eligible to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and production-related activities as assigned.

• Assist in assembly, material handling, and general shop-floor operations.

• Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace.

• Meet daily production targets and quality standards.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 5th / 8th / 10th / 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Skills: Basic understanding of factory operations, teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Candidates must be willing to work 8-hour shifts with overtime as required.

Salary & Benefits

• In-Hand Salary: ₹15,700 per month

• Gross Salary: ₹19,500 per month

• CTC: ₹22,300 per month

• Overtime Rate: ₹125 per hour

• Working Hours: 8 hours + overtime, as applicable
