Job Description:
Position: Service Engineer - (Mechanical)
Location: Vasai - Mumbai
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of machine tools.
- Machine assembly, alignment, and levelling.
- Machine testing and trial runs.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Preventive maintenance of machines.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Providing technical support to customers.
- Preparing service and commissioning reports.
- Travelling to customer sites across India.
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of machine tools and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with machine alignment, assembly, and precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Dial Gauges.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
