Job Role Overview
- Role Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Freelance Corporate/Institute Trainer
- Core Goal: Bridge the gap between theoretical marketing concepts and real-world execution by mentoring learners on live tools and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct classroom, online, or hybrid training sessions covering core modules.
- Content & Material Creation: Design lesson plans, slide decks, assignments, quizzes, and live case studies.
- Practical Mentorship: Guide learners through live projects, website creation, and ad campaigns.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student assignments, track learning outcomes, and provide constructive guidance.
- Curriculum Updates: Keep course materials current with changing search engine algorithms, social media trends, and AI marketing tools.
- Placement & Certification Support: Prepare students for industry certifications (such as Google Ads or Meta/Facebook Ads) and career readiness.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- SEO & SEM: On-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Paid Advertising: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Social Media & Content: Organic social media strategy, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Emerging Tech: Basic familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong public speaking, patience, clarity in explaining complex concepts, and interpersonal mentorship skills.
