Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, boost brand awareness, and drive lead generation. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.]
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and social channels to achieve growth targets.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, social media, and content).
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, and new business opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing department budget, allocate spend efficiently, and track return on investment (ROI).
- Team & Agency Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise marketing staff while managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers. ]
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, product launches, and strong sales enablement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data), and present performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing management or a similar senior marketing role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email automation).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
