IT ASSISTANT FOR FOUNDRY STEEL SHOTS MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• System Installation: Set up, configure, and upgrade computer systems, laptops, peripherals, and operating systems.
• User Management: Create and manage user accounts, email access, passwords, and permission controls.
• Inventory Control: Track, issue, and collect company-owned devices (laptops, phones, accessories) for incoming and outgoing staff.
• Maintenance & Backup: Perform routine system checks, software patching, antivirus updates, and data backup procedures.
• Documentation & Training: Log support tickets, update technical documentation, and assist in training staff on digital tools and security basics.

• Education: Associate’s degree, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator, or Cisco (CCNA) are a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and basic networking/VPN setup.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, clear verbal/written communication, and a customer-service mindset.
