Job Description:

Qualification: BE in Electrical or Electronic
Experience: minimum 5 to 10 yrs exp in handling manufacturing unit of Control panels, Circuit Breakers & Transformers.
Work location: PCMC in Pune

Role and Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Studies the sales order to understand manufacturing capacity required to complete the order within timeframe.
Creates a monthly production schedule in adherence with the set budget.
Plan out the resource allocation.
Prepares weekly, monthly production reports capturing actual data against set targets and suggests ways of minimizing deviations and enhancing production in consultation with cross-functional teams to the level above.
Conducts root cause analysis and CAPA on major deviations in consultation with TOP Management & Customers.

Handle a team of technicians and supervisors carry out the production activities of Panel assembly, Bill of material-BOM.
Team Management & provides required training to all manufacturing employees on the shop floor and drives their overall development
Drives implementation of safety guidelines and standards on the shop floor
