Role : Application Developer  Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Must have Skills : Adobe Campaign (Neolane)  Good to Have Skills :  No Technology Specialty  Job Requirements :    Key Responsibilities :   1 Must exhibit conceptual understanding of entire mktg promotions process/capabilities  2 Architecting requirements, analysis/providing mktg insight in other phases across existing and identified marketing programs ensuring delivery on planned value  3 Resource should be able to do requirements gathering, campaign Design, customer data mapping, development and deployment of campaign solutions    Technical Experience :   1 Must have Campaign mgmt exp and hands on data management experience for customer data 2 Must have worked on at least 1 full lifecycle of campaign mgmt or MRM proj using IBM Unica/ Adobe Campaign /Marketo/Exact Target applications 3 Must have understanding of different kind of mktg programs in multi-channel Campaign/Mktg world 4 Must demonstrate understanding of latest trends in digital mktg market space, including integration with mobile channel, data management in the new space, integration    Professional Attributes :   1 Must have good analytical skills 2 Must have good communication skills 3 Must work in teams and have team management skills    Educational Qualification :       Additional Information :   1 Must have good analytical skills 2 Must have good communication skills 3 Must work in teams and have team management skills
