Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Job Description:
Qualifications: Any graduate / MBA in Marketing
Work Experience: 4 to 12 years experience in marketing activation role in Real Estate Marketing and/or sales, Property industry
Working Days: 6 days
Job Responsibilities:
1) Digital Media / Social Media Marketing:
Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets.
Should be a part of Marketing Team (Social Media, CRM, Campaigns planning & initiatives).
Handling and improving Online reputation management on multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google Business Reviews, other platforms)
Strategizing campaigns & social media plans for weekly & monthly promotions for both the brands.
Integrating social media plans/campaigns as per monthly analysis.
Analyzing market performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Interacting with Influencers for brand promotion and image enhancement, organically.
Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with organization's objectives.
Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination
Track metrics for campaign success for all marketing programs and promotional activities and derive insights represented by way of reports
Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and optimize sales.
Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
Identify and use innovative communication techniques and platforms to enable a better reach.
Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events.
Define the scope of Corporate Communications & Brand standards for the Brand.
2) Sales activities:
Prepare and present proposals for commercial leasing
& society redevelopments
Advise Site to Clients, Manage direct relationship with Channel Partners, Knowledge of Financials to present to clients, Aggressive achievement of targets (KPI and KRA) as per company policy, Ensure minimum cancellations of bookings, Timely collections and recovery.
Plan and execute events such as brokers meets and on-site poojans, etc.
3)Implement CRM software and systems for lead management and processing
Plan and execute sales scripting and sales collateral
Manage relationships with mar-comm agencies, event coordinators and other relevant vendors for implementation of agreed communication strategies
IT and Other Skills:
Prior experience in sales is a plus
Microsoft Office (especially excel, word and powerpoint) and Email Software
Personal leadership the ability to take quick decisions and manage multiple tasks at a time
Prior experience in managing field representatives and vendors/ managing events
Open to doing extensive field work and open to travel
Good skills of planning for self and the team as well as the activities/vendors.
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and vendor management skills
