Job Description:
Core Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Gate Entry: Monitor and record in and out entry of all staff and visitors.
🔹 Scanning: Visitor’s entry maintaining and scanning.
🔹 Management Approval: Taking permission from MD Sir / Directors before allowing any visitor inside.
🔹 Couriers: Taking permission from management before collecting parcels/couriers and handing them over to the concerned person.
🔹 Logistics Data: Maintain driver work data (where the driver is going, vehicle type 2-wheeler/4-wheeler, and purpose).
🔹 Monitoring: Ensure gate monitoring and keys monitoring.
🔹 Discipline: Maintain discipline and security inside the premises.
🔹 Ad-hoc: Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Candidate Profile Required:
* Experience working in SME / Factory / Industrial plants is preferred.
* Must be strict, disciplined, and comfortable maintaining records in both Soft copy and Hard copy.
