Design and estimation executive

Job Description:

Job Purpose To design and cost all orders to ensure that customer requirements are met within estimated costs and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To progress sales inquiries and to establish customer requirements in conjunction with the Sales team.

• To support sales in design that meet customer specifications while being technically sound and commercially viable

• To prepare cost estimates and profit margins for the order • To access any risk factors that may affect the design

• Follow-up with sales and operations team for various inputs to release the order on time

• Provide ethical and aesthetic solutions • Interaction with operations team to ensure all issues related to design specifications at site are resolved

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma with expertise in using AUTOCAD or any design software

• Strong communication, presentation and inter personal skills is a must

• Knowledge of costing

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar industry
