Job Description:

Role Summary

The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, driving showroom sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in art, handicrafts, furniture, and home décor products.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Assist customers, interior designers, and architects with product selection and queries.
• Explain product features, specifications, materials, and pricing.
• Coordinate with architects, project teams, and vendors regarding product requirements, availability, and delivery.
• Follow up on project enquiries, quotations, and delivery updates.
• Maintain showroom displays and update customer enquiry records.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Timely and effective customer assistance.
• Accurate product information and requirement handling.
• Timely coordination and follow-up with project teams, architects, and vendors.
• Accuracy in maintaining enquiry and project records.
• Proper showroom display and product presentation.
