Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager oversees the creation, planning, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role connects company objectives with target markets through data-driven campaigns, brand positioning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and target market segments.
- Campaign Management: Lead demand-generation campaigns, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, ABM, and events.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate marketing team members while setting clear performance deliverables.
- Budget & ROI: Oversee and track the marketing budget, reporting on return on investment (ROI) and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and sales enablement collateral.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, customer insights, and market trends to fine-tune ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, analytics software, and digital/social advertising channels.
- Soft Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
