• 2. Role Purpose (Summary)

• 3. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Oversee, coordinate, and execute shift/facility workflows to ensure smooth, uninterrupted output.
  • Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, manage shift rosters, and guide team members.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety rules, and compliance guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving & Escalation: Troubleshoot immediate floor-level or operational bottlenecks and escalate major issues to management.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily logs, handover records, inventory counts, or performance metrics. 

• 4. Supervisory & Authority Scope
  • Decision-Making Authority: Level of independence in handling staff leaves, reallocating tasks, or approving minor operational adjustments.
  • Resource/Asset Oversight: Responsibility for equipment, tools, inventory, or shift budgets.

  • Experience: X years of hands-on experience in the field, including prior team-handling or lead experience.
