AI ML Engineer (LLM,Python)

Job Description:

Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, and Generative AI to develop intelligent automation solutions for accounting products. The role involves building RAG pipelines, AI agents, document processing solutions, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/LLM-powered applications using Python.

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector search, hybrid search, and reranking.

• Integrate commercial and open-source LLMs into production applications.

• Develop AI agents and automated workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

• Implement document classification, OCR, information extraction, and validation workflows.

• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services with databases and cloud applications.

• Deploy and maintain AI solutions using Docker and AWS.

• Evaluate model accuracy, retrieval quality, hallucinations, latency, and cost.

• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Python development and AI/ML engineering.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, or other vector databases.

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, SQL databases, Docker, and AWS.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, and application debugging.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with vLLM, Llama, Gemma, or other open-source LLMs.

• Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, fine-tuning, and inference optimisation.

• Exposure to PDF processing, OCR, and structured data extraction.

• Experience with accounting, financial documents, audit automation, or compliance applications.

• Basic knowledge of DocumentDB or MongoDB.
