Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
Preferred age: 29 years and above
3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
work location: Pune

Gender: male only

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a person's face, age, profession, personality and expectations.

Responsibilities;
Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage
Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling
Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation
Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis
Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis
