Operator - Capsule Filling
Job Description:
-
Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic capsule filling machines.

Perform capsule filling operations as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

Handle machine setup, changeover, cleaning and operation.

Monitor capsule weight variation, locking, filling accuracy and appearance.
-
Ensure production activities are carried out as per GMP guidelines and SOPs.

Perform in-process checks during capsule manufacturing.
-
Maintain production records, logbooks and equipment usage records.
-
Identify machine abnormalities and coordinate with the maintenance department.
-
Ensure proper material handling and minimize product wastage.
-
Follow safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards in the production area.
