Commercial Excellence Analyst for MNC Pharma Company based at BKC

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an analytically strong APAC Commercial Excellence Analyst to support Veeva CRM operations, commercial data management and reporting activities across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Veeva CRM / Salesforce operations and user support.
• Handle customer/account data maintenance, territory alignment and data validation.
• Extract, clean and reconcile commercial data using SQL.
• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Support CRM troubleshooting, UAT, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT and regional APAC stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM documentation, SOPs and data quality reports.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Basic to intermediate Power BI knowledge.
• Experience in CRM Operations, Data Management and Data Quality.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

 This is a one-year project-based role, and it will be on the payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd
