Job Description:
A Sales and Marketing role combines brand awareness, market research, and lead generation with direct selling to drive revenue and business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Research: Analyze customer preferences, buying patterns, and competitor activities to shape effective strategies.
- Campaign & Content Execution: Create and manage online and offline promotional campaigns (such as digital ads, social media, email marketing, or events).
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients through outreach, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
- Sales & Deal Closing: Pitch products or services, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly and annual quotas.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with accounts, support post-sale activities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, sales volume, and campaign ROI using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, problem-solving, and resilience.
- Experience: Ranging from entry-level trainee/executive positions to senior management roles overseeing multi-channel budgets
