Job Description:

Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, agitators, centrifuges, dryers, compressors and other process equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment failures and ensure minimum production downtime.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment history records.
Coordinate with the production department for routine maintenance and shutdown activities.
Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper maintenance of utility equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers and air compressors.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for maintenance materials.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMP requirements and plant maintenance standards.
Maintain maintenance documentation, work orders and breakdown reports.
