Job Description:
Job Role: Development Manager will be reporting to the Branch Head; they need to recruit PFCs (agents) who will be working on a commission basis.
The DM needs to source business via these agents and go on sales calls himself as well.
CTC: 3 Lac / (Fixed for all candidates) + Incentives + Reimbursement + Net Book + Group Mediclaim.
Pool A: Someone who has previously worked/ is working as an Advisor/Agent/PFA for Any Life Insurance Company.
Education ok with an SSC Pass.
Pool B: Any candidate who is running his own business.
Education Graduation Mandatory
Pool C: Any candidate who is an employed with an organization Fulltime into sales (But Strictly Not from Tied agency)
