Job Description:

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases. This role involves handling large volumes of data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.

• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents electronically or physically.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Perform regular backups to prevent data loss.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data.

• Generate reports as needed using data management software.

• Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Basic understanding of database management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Additional certification in data entry or computer skills is a plus.
