Job Description:
Urgent requirement for sales officer for reputed paint industries at raipur location
experience should be 3-5 years in Paint Industry. Like as : Asian/Dulux/Burger/Nerolac etc.
Handling channel of distributor & dealers
Appointing new dealers and distributors for the expansion of channel Network.
Formulation & Implementation of business plans to achieve the targeted sales through channels.
Create and maintain an effective awareness and sales of Company products and services among end-users and distributors.
Develop and maintain a personal relationship with key decision-makers at the end-user accounts.
Plan special sales presentations to key decision makers within the distributors and end users.
Maintain appropriate interaction with sales, technical and other support teams to meet customer needs
Providing Support & services to Channel partner to enhances the sales
Customer retention. Market and brand development.
Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Evaluating performance of distributors & dealers sales activities, for promotion planning.
