Job Profile: Relationship Manager
Experience: 0.6 to 2 Yrs.
Location: Delhi, Chandigarh
CTC: Upto 3.6 LPA
Responsibilities
- need to recruit PFCs (agents) who will be working on commission basis.
- needs to source business via these agents and go on sales calls himself as well
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a client relationship Manager
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
